چکیده
The study investigates the mechanical properties of concrete incorporating Rice husk Ash (RHA) and Concorb (CCA) as cementitious binders. Concrete cubes was prepared from a standardized prescribed mix 1:2:4. cement component in reference replaced with combined % weight rice ash corncob ash. physical chemical composition RHA CCA were examined well workability compressive strength varying percentage blended concrete. Water–cement ratios 0.6, adopted for mixes. A total 75 different percentages by combination to Portland order 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% cast. measurements performed at ages 7, 14, 21, 28 56 days. results revealed that increased increase curing age but decreased contents increased. lower early stages improves significantly up highest 22.94N/mm2 26.27N/mm2 days 0% 10% respectivelyBased on test concluded content is adequate supplementary material

Marine Durability Characteristics of Rice Husk Ash-Modified Reinforced Concrete
This paper addresses the potential use of Rice Husk Ash (RHA) as a cementitious material in concrete mixes. RHA is produced from the burning of rice husk which is a byproduct of rice milling. The ash content is about 18-22% by weight of the rice husks. Research has shown that concrete made with RHA as a partial cement substitute to levels of 10% to 20% by weight of cement has superior performan...
متن کاملBagasse ash and rice husk ash as cement replacement in self-compacting concrete
In studies conducted to determine the workability of concrete, the bagasse ash and rice husk ash were added as a partial replacement for cement. Trial mixes with the varying water cement ratio, replacement percentage, quantity of super plasticizer and viscosity modifying agent, were prepared and tested. The results were used as the basis for defining three optimum cement replacement mix proport...
متن کاملEvaluation of Coal Waste Ash and Rice Husk Ash on Properties of Pervious Concrete Pavement
The use of pervious concrete has been significantly considered in recent years. This consideration is due to the properties of pervious concrete in relating to the environmental sustainability that is utilized in the effective management of the runoff from rainfall. Coal extraction and rice husk obtained from milling, produces wastes that have no application and followed by environmental pollut...
متن کاملA mathematical model for optimization of strength of concrete: A case study for shear modulus of Rice Husk Ash Concrete
Rice Husk Ash (RHA) is natural Pozzolan containing reactive silica and/or aluminum. When the material is mixed with lime in powdered form and in the presence of water, it will set and harden like cement. This work uses Osadebe’s optimization model to optimize the shear modulus of concrete made from RHA. The strengths predicted by the model are in good agreement with their corresponding experime...
